Candidate Screening

Job Matching

Once fully briefed on a position, we go into full action to find the perfect match. We compile our candidates based on their required skill sets, and cross reference them against personality and time requirements. We then go through an internal interview process with the candidates to make sure they understand the position, and to verify their screening thus far.

Interview

Typically, our top candidates go through a series of interviews with the client company. During this phase we act as a liaison between both the client and the candidates to make sure the process goes smoothly. We coach candidates and clients alike on best practices. We help guide the interview process so our clients can determine the best fit for their open jobs.
